The team at Direct2Compensation have been involved in no win no fee compensation claims management since it first came to the UK in the 1990’s. We have have helped thousands of injured people to successfully claim compensation for their injuries and losses. We have linked them with specialist personal injury lawyers that share our ethos and work tirelessly in the best interests of the claimant. We believe in honesty and transparency and pride ourselves on our excellent customer care skills. In assisting people through what can be a scary legal minefield, we try to explain things in simple terms that make sense. Whilst we can never guarantee that any claimant will win their claim, we can guarantee that we care and that we’ll be supportive and helpful and that that the Direct2Compensation no win no fee claims service is just that – you will never be asked to pay any costs whatsoever, should you fail to win your claim.
Our Directors worked on the formation of the Claims Standard Council and actively contributed to proposals and working parties ahead of government reforms that moved the claims sector in to an industry that was regulated in law (all Claims Management Companies are now regulated by the Claims Management Regulator in respect of regulated claims management activities) as a result of the work we and others undertook in the passing of the Compensation Act 2006 which came in to force early in 2007.
Direct2Compensation believe that regulation of our industry matches with our own ethos and goals. We want to ensure that the best possible standards are adhered to within the industry as a whole, and to guarantee that the consumer gets a better deal in the long run. We have been pushing to raise the standards in the accident compensation claims industry ever since our days as a founding member of the Claims Standards Council.
How we work
At Direct2Compensation we enable our claimants to bring their accident compensation claims direct to our expert network of specialist personal injury solicitors. From the initial point of contact with us, our job is to be honest, fair and sympathetic in our explanation of the claims process and to explain any paperwork required for signature (such as a Conditional Fee Agreement). Our specialist personal injury solicitors are registered with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and after making initial contact with our clients, their role is to review the prospects of the claim and pursue the claims with defendants.
In the interests of expediency, we handle claims immediately upon receiving an enquiry and do so over the telephone or via our online compensation claim form. This enables us to pass the claims direct to our personal injury lawyers within minutes of our finishing a call with a client or receiving an online enquiry and allows the injured client to concentrate on their recovery. In the event that a client requires a home visit, we will also arrange this when required. In any event, we ensure that the stress and worry of completing the paperwork for your claim is taken care of for you.
Direct2Compensation’ staff are legally trained, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. Call us on 01225 430285 to discuss your situation, or use the form on our contact page, and let us help you seek justice. Our dedicated UK claims team are available during normal office hours and we also have a 24/7 voicemail service, ensuring that any calls received out of hours are responded to at the earliest opportunity.

“Using direct2compensation felt right from the beginning, right from the first contact, I received quick informative and helpful advice and was directed to an excellent solicitor best suited for my claim. Although my claim is yet to be settled the process has been easier than I initially thought, my direct contact Ian has kept me informed, and followed up contact to make sure if I have any questions or queries he will happily help if he can. Overall a pleasant experience would highly recommend this service.”
“I would just like to say how pleased I am with the level of response I get from the solicitor, she is always more than helpful and always quick to respond.”
“Thank you for sorting my accident claim out for me. I’m super pleased with the outcome and the settlement has come at a handy time and will help me and my family this year.
The process was so easy, I expected some hassle, but both Direct 2 Compensation and the firm that you placed my claim with handled things really well. I was surprised at how quickly the claim settled. Thanks again, much appreciated.”
“I’m not one who would look to claiming for anything as I believe that you should earn anything you receive, but for this matter I felt different.
Although the compensation settlement can’t take the memory of the nasty accident away, it gives me more freedom to grow my own business, which gives me time with my baby boys.
Thank you Ian and your team, I highly recommend them.”

“I just got a call from the lawyers today who you put me in touch with and they had some great news for me, that the third party insurer has admitted liability. I thought you would like to know,
I am so pleased and wanted to thank you for everything (and your website that gave me the info and courage to pursue this claim for compensation!). They said the next step would be to see an impartial orthopaedic specialist to do the medical assessment, and they will let me know when that is. I have been keeping all receipts for expenses and paperwork, but they haven’t asked me for these yet, so I will hold onto these for now.
Glad this will all be a distant memory very soon!”
